Dr. Hikyu Lee, CEO

A pioneer in the network computing with a keen understanding of the messaging and Internet marketplace, Dr. Lee leads the strategic vision and overall company strategy of Exivity, Inc. Prior to Exivity, Inc. Dr. Lee founded Softlinx, Inc., a leading Internet messaging and enterprise fax solutions company, and Talksender.com, Inc., a leading online marketing and advertising solutions service company leveraging rich media messaging. He also served as the founding president of Samsung Software America Inc., the U.S. R&D subsidiary of Samsung Group. Prior to Samsung, Dr. Lee had senior management responsibilities on R&D and business development at AT&T Bell Laboratories and Bellcore focusing on telecommunications and network-based provisioning systems for RBOC's. Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Princeton University. He is also a magna cum laude graduate of Seoul National University, holding a Bachelor's of Science degree in electronics engineering. Additionally, Dr. Lee served as an assistant professor in the electrical engineering/computer science department at Northwestern University.

Frank S. Woo, President & COO

Frank Woo brings more than 20 years of development, marketing and management experience to Exivity, Inc. In the role of President for Exivity, Mr. Woo oversees the company's day-to-day operations and is instrumental in the development and implementation of product marketing and sales strategies. Prior to joining Softlinx, Mr. Woo was the Director and General Manager of Integrated Multimedia and Wireless Products at Lotus Development Corporation, and was responsible for directing the technology research and product development for a number of products. Before joining Lotus, Woo was a Director of Application Products and Managing Director of Far East Operations at Computer Associates. Mr. Woo also served as Vice President for GE Software International, a subsidiary of General Electric. Mr. Woo is the holder of two US patents in the area of Integrated Multimedia Messaging. Mr. Woo holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in mathematics from Northeastern University and holds an MBA from Boston University.
