Services
Exivity provides consulting and integration services to help
our customers analyze their email attachment and archive management
requirements and implement a tailored solution that fits to their
Domino Mail infrastructure.
Whether the project involves "single instance" email
attachment consolidation, mail server consolidation or third-party
storage system integration for online mail archive and retrieval
system, we draw on skills, which include technology planning, requirement
analysis, detailed design, pilot deployment and UI design.
Each project goes through the following four phases, defined at
the outset of an engagement:
- Define: Exivity engages in
an assessment to understand your business requirements on e-mail
content management, your current mail management processes and
IT infrastructure. This initial step defines your immediate needs
and long-term goals as well as your operating and technical environments.
During this phase we agree upon a project scope, budget, and a
comprehensive plan of attack.
- Design: This step identifies
functional, technical and presentation design requirements. The
design process encompasses the back end, client interface and
integration with third party and legacy platforms. This includes
creative design of the user interface, as well as technical design
and custom development to meet any requirements specific to the
customer environment.
- Development: Exivity implements
the solution followed by QA testing. Guidelines for determining
how the solution compares to the design criteria is provided to
help your acceptance testing process. Prototype trial and training
is arranged prior to full production rollout.
- Deploy: Exivity assists you
to roll out the completed solution in your production environment,
and monitors how well the solution performs after the rollout,
according to the criteria defined at the outset of the project.
During this phase, documentation of the completed solution is
delivered, as well as an analysis of future enhancements and applications.
